With a double step deck, sharp tail edge, upturned rails, and a wild tail kick, Boss Surfboards can look a little alien at first. Though head shaper Bob O doesn’t really shape these boards anymore, they’ve built a cult following for a reason. Since there isn’t much footage of them being ridden, I filmed a session with a few friends at one of my home breaks. SURFERS: Sam Wise, Slater Finn, Anthony Rosales, and Andrew Lee.
